Vertical Wellness’s mission is to create the largest scale hemp supply chain and most innovative portfolio of CBD brands in the marketplace. It is led by an executive team of entrepreneurs and business leaders from the alcohol beverage, agriculture, consumer packaged goods, distribution, entertainment, food, healthcare and medical industries.
Vertical Wellness is a founding strategic partner of Murray State University’s Center for Agricultural Hemp, located in Kentucky, which is the leading academic research institution of hemp and CBD.
What differentiates us at Vertical Wellness is that no other large-scale hemp or CBD production company knows as much about brands and distribution or has as large of a brand portfolio offering. No other brand company has the depth of knowledge or scale of operations in the hemp and CBD space as we do.
Our facility in Cadiz, Kentucky is 4 acres with 90,000 sq. ft. being utilized for the processing and manufacturing of industrial hemp. In addition to this facility, we have partnered with local farmers to grow hemp on over 3,000 acres in California and Tennessee, as well as Kentucky, and we are making plans to grow on 5,000 and 7,500 acres in 2020 and 2021 respectively.
Our Cadiz facility will produce more than 36 million pounds of hemp biomass, which will be dried down to 5.6 million pounds capable of producing over 200,000 liters of CBD that will be worth in excess of $500 million in 2020.
Vertical Wellness plans to launch over 50 new CBD brands designed for a wide variety of consumers in 2019 and early 2020, and we have even more brands in development.
There are many different uses of the leaves, flowers, stalks, seeds, and roots of hemp. The cannabinoids (chemical compounds of cannabis) present in the leaves and flowers are used for medicinal and recreational purposes and are the main focus of Vertical Wellness.
